What are the services that you offer?
I offer individual online one-on-one telehealth psychotherapy sessions for adults (ages 18 years and up). My services are available to any individual regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.

What are your fees and methods of payment?
Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and £100 per session. Payment is due at the end of each session by bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are usually 1-hour long. The length may be adjusted to be either longer or shorter depending on your needs.
What are your hours?
My current hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Evenings and weekends by appointment.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Complimentary 15-minute phone or in-person consultation sessions are available upon request.
Do I need a referral?
No. Clients may refer themselves to me. I also accept referrals by physicians or other health professionals.
How do I schedule appointments?

What is your cancellation policy?
A notice of at least 24 hours is required for all cancellations or rescheduled sessions. A charge of £100 will be made for last minute (under 24 hours) cancellations and no shows.
Are your services tax deductible?
Psychotherapy is considered personal medical expenses and does not qualify for personal income tax relief by the HMRC.
Will my information remain confidential?
I have an ethical and legal obligation to maintain confidentiality of any information that you share with me. Your information will be kept confidential in accordance with federal law and will not be released to any third party without your written consent.
